Refund policy
CANCELATION/ REFUNDS
All sales are final.
We can not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel your order. (excludes Digital Products & Downloads)
Any requests to cancel orders after 24HRS will be denied.
Some Exceptions may apply.
Please inspect your order upon reception In the event that you do receive a damaged product or if you receive the wrong item contact us immediately at latoya@hangingwiththekiddos.com and we will be glad to assist you and make things right.
ORDER ISSUES / WRONG ADDRESS
Please make sure that your shipping address is current and accurate.
If your box gets returned to us due to the wrong address input,
Once we receive the box back, we will reach out to you to provide two options:
OPTION 1: We will refund the box upon receipt minus a $10 restocking fee for the labor and discard the custom-made box as well as any perishable items.
OPTION 2: We will reship the box to a NEW address for a $15 reshipping fee (invoiced through PayPal).
Digital Downloads
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
